1. What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is the amount of time it takes for us to repair your device and deliver it back to you. The time starts from the time your device is picked up (Ex: If the delivery time says 2 hours and we picked up your device at 10:30am, it should be delivered back to you by 12:30pm).
2. Does the pickup and drop off location have to be the same?
Yes.
3. Can I pick up my device myself?
Yes, you can come in any time after the delivery time stated. Please call in if you would like to pick up your device yourself or tell the person who is picking up your device (Ex: Most people might want to pick up their device during their lunch break or after they get off work).
4. Are there any additional charges for pick up and drop off service?
$10 will be added to the cost of the repair.
5. Is this service only for screen repairs?
Yes, you must call in for other repairs as the price and estimated time to repair may range depending on the repair required.
6. What is the process of this service?
a. Once you submit your online form within the radius shown on the map, we will send our technician over to your indicated location.
b. You will receive a phone call once the technician arrives to pickup your device and you will receive our pickup receipt and business card.
c. Once the repair is done, the technician will call or E-Mail to confirm that the device has been repaired and is on its way to drop off. You will recieve another phone call once the technician has arrived at your indicated location.
